Akdeniz Consulting is a fast-growing international consulting firm providing accounting, tax, payroll, corporate, immigration, and legal support services to companies and entrepreneurs doing business in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n

As our client portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated Compliance & Legal Associate<\/strong> to strengthen our Legal & Compliance team.<\/p>\n\n

Your Role<\/h5>\n

As a Compliance & Legal Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance while supporting our legal and corporate services practice. This is a hands-on position offering exposure to a wide range of international clients and cross-border projects.<\/p>\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h5>\n
    \n
  • Conduct KYC, AML, PEP and sanctions screening procedures<\/li>\n
  • Perform client onboarding and customer due diligence (CDD)<\/li>\n
  • Support company incorporations and corporate housekeeping matters<\/li>\n
  • Draft, review and maintain legal documents and commercial agreements<\/li>\n
  • Conduct legal research and provide internal legal support<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK), tax authorities and other public institutions<\/li>\n
  • Assist with internal compliance policies and risk management procedures<\/li>\n
  • Support immigration and employment-related legal processes where required<\/li>\n
  • Work closely with our Tax, Accounting, Payroll and Corporate Services teams<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
    What We Are Looking For<\/h5>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law<\/li>\n
    • Excellent command of Turkish and English<\/strong>, both written and spoken<\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Turkish Commercial Law<\/strong> is considered a strong asset<\/li>\n
    • Previous experience in KYC, AML, Compliance, Corporate Services or a law firm<\/strong> is highly preferred<\/li>\n
    • Experience in an international advisory, trust office, accounting or legal environment is an advantage<\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team<\/li>\n
    • Dutch language skills are a plus but not required<\/li>\n <\/ul>\n\n
