\n We deliver personalized, transparent, and expert consulting services from business\n registration and incorporation to international tax and financial administration,\n ensuring our clients feel confident.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n \n \n In the stone-paved streets of Beyo\u011flu, there once stood a small but deeply rooted shop, run by a craftsman who had learned\n the art of butchery from Greek, Armenian, and Jewish masters: Akdeniz Butcher<\/strong>… Each morning, Kasap G\u00fczel\n would open his shop early and carry out his work with care, dignity, and quiet devotion.\n<\/p>\n\n \n His curly-haired grandson, who spent holidays by his side, never stepped behind the butcher\u2019s counter. He never held a knife\n or a cleaver.\n<\/p>\n\n \n His grandfather didn\u2019t want him to see blood, didn\u2019t want the smell of meat on his hands \u2014 he wanted him to grow up with books,\n to carve his own path. “Because his uncle was Yahya Arikan, the founder of modern accounting in our country.”\n<\/p>\n\n \n So, the boy stood at the cash register. He learned to operate the till, count money, and manage the books.\n<\/p>\n\n \n Over time, that boy came to understand the rhythms of business and the logic of trade at an early age.\n<\/p>\n\n \n Years passed.
